Established in September 2012, Galerie Antoine Ertaskiran is located in a former warehouse in the heart Griffintown, Montreal. Since its opening, it has become recognized as one of the most important galleries in Canada. We provide a platform for cutting-edge exhibitions, encouraging artists to continually question and redefine their artistic practice. We also aim to engage wider audiences with current discourses in contemporary art and, through this, connect with broader social issues.
Throughout the years, our activities have increased in scope as we now represent some of the most significant emerging and mid-career artists who are shaping up Montreal and Canada's newly energized art scene–such as Julia Dault, Jessica Eaton, Ambera Wellmann and Jon Rafman, just to name a few–as well as some of the international artists, like Christopher Kulendran-Thomas, who are increasingly connecting with our community here. We also serve as a well-respected resource for artists, curators, collectors and members of the public researching Canadian contemporary art.
The gallery does not accept any unsolicited artist submissions.
